The Grand Resort complex combines the three Crown, Imperial and Sea Fort complexes and the both complexes on the first line of the coast of St. Vlas, 500 m away from the beach: Marina View Beach and Panorama Fort Beach. It is located between the resorts of St. Vlas and Elenite, not far from Sunny Beach. The complex is spread over an area of ??11 hectares of which 4 hectares are green areas (lawns, bushes and flower beds), also 4 hectares - sports fields, swimming pools, playgrounds. The presence of the bus line provides quick access to the resorts of Elenite, St. Vlas and Sunny Beach.

Apartment with one bedroom appr. 75 sq.m., (max 2ad + 1ch), double bed, extra bed - 1 folding sofa.

Apartment with two bedrooms appr. 100 sq.m., (max 4ad + 1ch), one room - a double bed, the second room - two single beds, a living room - 1 folding sofa.

All units consist of: SAT TV, individual air conditioning, a balcony with a table and chairs and a dryer, a safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (free of charge), a semi-laminate floor, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a hairdryer, and towels. Ironing board and iron. Kitchen box: microwave, dishes and utensils for food, electric kettle, electric hob - burners and oven, extractor, fridge.

Children

Baby cot (payment 2 euro / day), high chairs (payment 2 euro / day), children's pools with water facilities, playgrounds and attractions, children's entertainment center.

Sport and entertainment:

Free of charge: outdoor pools, lounge chairs by the pool, fitness area, table tennis.

Tourists have to pay deposit 50 EUR per room at check-in. (Tourists can make the deposit in EUR or give a credit card as guarantee). The deposit should be paid at check-in and will be returned at check-out provided no hotel property is damaged or missing.

In case there are any damages or missing items, the value will be deducted from the deposit amount.
