RIU Helios hotel is a beachfront hotel, situated in 300 m from the centre of Sunny Beach, 25 km from Burgas airport.

Built in 2003, last renovated in winter 2012/2013. Park area of 8000 sq.m., 395 rooms, 6 floors, 4 lifts. Reception, lobby bar, lounge bar with terrace, poolside bar, main restaurant with terrace and themed restaurants (Asian and Bulgarian), 2 swimming pools with children’s section, sun terrace, WIFI throughout the hotel (free of charge), beauty salon, conference room, shops.

Double standard rooms – appr.33 sq.m.(max 2+1/3+0) - 2 beds (100x200), sofa bed or chair bed. 14 units with a double bed. Most with balcony.

Double sea view – appr.33 sq.m.(max 2+2/3+0) – 2 beds (100x200), sofa bed or chair bed. 26 units with a double bed.

Family rooms – appr.50 sq.m. (max 2+2/3+1) – 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, separate living room with sofa bed/1+1 or 2 children, most of the rooms are with second WC, balcony.

All units have: telephone, central A / C, cable TV, WIFI (free of charge), carpet, mini-fridge, bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, in-room safe (paid), most of the rooms are with balcony.

6 adapted rooms for disabled on 3^rd and 4^th floors, appr. 33 sq.m. each.

Children

2 sections in swimming pool, children's playground, daytime entertainment program for children ages 4 to 7 and ages 8 to 12 at ”RiuLand” (six times a week), baby cot (free), high chairs in the restaurant (free).

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: 2 Swimming pools (935 sq.m and 595 sq.m.), sun loungers and parasols by the pool, gym, aqua gym, beach volleyball court, artificial turf tennis court, racquets and tennis balls (deposit required), 1 multipurpose sports pitch. Daytime entertainment program for adults (six times a week), live music shows or RIU evening program (several times a week).

Payable: Billiards, Water sports, Hairdresser, SPA, beauty salon, sauna, whirlpool bath, steam bath and massages, horse riding, bicycle hire and mini golf.

Pets are not allowed.
