The impressive DIT Majestic Beach Resort is located in the northern part of the resort, just 10 m from the beach and 2 km from the centre.

Build in 2005, renovated in 2016, 12 floors, main building - 6 lifts, 409 units, access to the common areas and 4 rooms on 3-rd floor for disabled people.

Handicap DBL rooms: approx. 25 m?, (max 2+1teen), 4 rooms on the 3rd floor, near the elevator, wide entrance door, electric key on the low level, shower/handles on the walls in the bathroom, toilet. The furniture and equipment are the same as in DBL std.

*The hotel has 4 double rooms for disabled guests, located on both sides of the elevators on the 3-rd floor. They are equipped with larger front doors, the lighting switches are located lower, the bathroom has handles on the walls. Furnishings include minibar, TV, cable TV, telephone, safe (free use), hairdryer, shower, central air conditioning, twin beds, single sofa (sofa bed).

DBL Double/Twin Standard, approx. 23 sq.m., (max.2+1teen*); It has double or twin beds, an extendable sofa bed and balcony/terrace with standard view. A third adult can NOT be accommodated in the room. They are located on floors 3-5.

DBL SV Double/Twin sea view, approx. 23 sq.m., (max.2+1teen*); It has double or twin beds, an extendable sofa bed and balcony/terrace with sea view. A third adult can NOT be accommodated in the room. They are located on the 4th -5th floors.

DBL SV HIGH Double/Twin sea view on high floor, approx. 23 sq.m., (max.2+1teen*); It has double or twin beds, an extendable sofa bed and balcony/terrace with sea view on high floor. A third adult can NOT be accommodated in the room. They are located from the 6th to the 12th floor.

DBL FAMILY city view, approx. 30 sq.m., (max.2+2teen*/3+0); 1 double bed, 2 single beds. They are located from the 3rd to the 7th floor.

All rooms are equipped with: central AC, TV, telephone, electric kettle, minibar (free of charge 1 time every 2 days), personal safe and Wi-Fi/cable (free of charge), sofa bed; bathroom with bathtub/shower and hairdryer/cosmetics, WC; balcony with table and chairs/clothes dryer. There is carpet on the floor.

*Teen in the room - teenagers between the ages of 12 – 17.99 years.

Apartments standard (max 3+1 or 2ad+2ch) appr. 60 sq.m., consist of a bedroom with double bed and a living room with extendible sofa bed. Apartments have also equipped kitchenette (el. kettle, hot plates,). Located on 2-6 floors.

Apartment Sea View (max occupancy 2 adults + 2 ch or 3+1 ch ) measuring 60 m2. It consists of two rooms (living room and bedroom), a connecting door two bathrooms (WC and shower) and balcony/terrace with Sea view. The bedroom is with double bed and the living room is with kitchenette and extendable sofa beds.

All have central air-conditioning system, TV with cable television, telephone, mini-bar (filled upon free of charge 1 time every 2 days), free safe, free internet connection (wireless), Electric Kettle, Balcony, Chairs and table on balcony, Cosmetics in the bathroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub and second WC, hairdryer.

Free of charge: 2 outdoor swimming pools + 1 swimming pool for children, sun beds, parasols and towels by the pool, water gymnastic, fitness, darts, animation and animation hall (6 times per week), 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol per room on the beach - reservations are not allowed limited and subject of availability, safety deposit box, two synthetic grass tennis courts, table tennis, water polo, darts.

Payable: SPA and Wellness centre, Turkish bath, steam bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage, doctor’s, beauty parlor, hairdresser, billiards, kid’s football, sports playground, mini golf, electronic games, water sports at the beach.

Pets are not allowed.

Parking - free of charge /80 parking lots in Majestic Hotel./ If there are no available spaces, you may be relocated to an alternative parking free of charge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

u All guests of the hotel complex must wear identificatory armbands at all times

in order to get access to our All-Inclusive services.

u Smoking is allowed only in its specified areas and it is forbidden inside the

hotel rooms and all indoor facilities and areas.

u Beach towels can be replaced every day from 16:00h to 17:00h at the pool.

u The hotel bears no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings.

u CCTV works in the public areas of the complex due to safety reasons.

u A reservation in advance is obligatory with the Main restaurant’s hostesses at

breakfast when booking a diner to the A-la-carte restaurants. These reservations

depend on the availability and the period of stay must be at least 5 nights.

u Elegant clothing is recommended for dinner service. Guests wearing

sportswear or beachwear will not be allowed. It is forbidden to visit the restaurant

in flip-flops, vests, tracksuits, sleeveless clothes and sports shorts.
