Hotel Deva is in the resort of Sunny Beach - West, to the beach about 600 m. to the center of the resort about 1.2 km. The area of the resort, where the hotel is located, is calm and quiet. Magnolia Garden Hotel is 30 meters from Deva Hotel.

Hotel “Deva” is last renovated in 2015, built in 2008. The hotel consists of one building, 6 floors, 1 lift, A/C in the common areas, lobby, reception, safe deposit box, exchange, Wi-Fi in the public areas, ironing, credit cards, outdoor swimming pool, pool bar. Total of 34 units (30 double rooms, 5 apartments)

30 DBL pool/park view approx. 20 sq.m., (max. 2+1), 2 separate beds and 1 sofa bed or folding bed.

5 Apartment pool/sea/road view approx. 55 m?, (max. 4+1/5+0), 1 double bed, 2 regular beds and a sofa bed in the hall. Hall and bedroom with door.

Room have: telephone, mini-fridge, TV, ind. A/C, internet access, bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer, balcony with table and chairs.

Traditional Bulgarian cuisine, a variety of fresh salads, appetizers, soups, main courses, seasonal fruits and desserts, Bulgarian alcoholic drinks and soft drinks.

? Afternoon snack between 16:00 – 17:00

Toast, a variety of sweet desserts and savory products, ice cream, fresh fruit.

? Dinner between 19:00 – 21:30

Traditional Bulgarian cuisine, a variety of fresh salads, appetizers, soups, main courses, seasonal fruits and desserts, Bulgarian alcoholic drinks and soft drinks.

During the main meals, Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are offered in the Deva restaurant.
