Chaika Beach Complex is a beautiful complex located Chaika Beach 0,1 km | Dune Beach - 0,3 km |Globus Beach - 0,4 km |Cacao Beach - 2,9 km and about 1,6 km from the resort’s center and 28 km. from Burgas airport.

Facilities

Hotel was built in 2000, renovated 2017. The complex consists of 3 buildings (“Chaika Beach” – 9 floors, 3 lifts, “Arkadia”- 6 floors, 2 lifts ; “Metropol” -12 floors, 2 lifts. Total number of units 880.

Lobby with reception, luggage storage, 1 main restaurants, Irish bar, 1 pool bar, standard Wi-Fi at hotel reception & lobby (free of charge), shops and ATM (near the hotel), rent a car, laundry (paid service), shop, medical help. 1 room sea view is suitable for disabled guests.

Board RO or All-Inclusive Light.

Studio Chaika/Arcadia standard: (min.2+2/max 2+3/3+1) appr. 38-45 sq.m, double bed (twin beds connected) or twin beds & sofa bed.

Studio Chaika Sea View: (min.2+0/max.2+2/3+0) appr. 38-45 sq.m, double bed (twin beds connected) or twin beds & sofa bed.

Apartment Arkadia standard: (min. 2+2/max 2+3/3+1) appr. 50 -55 sq.m., twin connected beds and extending sofa and/or armchair. Bedroom and living room.

Two-bedroom apartment Chaika Sea view: (min.3+1/max.4+0) appr.60-70sq.m, double bed (twin beds connected) or twin beds & sofa bed with armchairs or 2 sofa, 2 bedrooms, living room area, 2 bathrooms.

Maisonette Chaika Sea View: (min./max. 2+0) appr. 100 sq.m, 2 floors, round bed, living room, dining corner.

All DBL rooms have bathroom with bathtub and shower/bathroom amenities once, towels, hairdryer; TV, mini-fridge (empty), telephone, AC. Carpet/terracotta on the floor. DBL rooms in "Arcadia/ Chaika" with balconies, in "Metropol" with/without balcony and park view. Rooms in Arcadia are with park view. Safe in all rooms (free of charge).

Towels are not allowed to be taken out of the room; the hotel does NOT offer pool/beach towels.

Children

Baby cots (free, upon request), children playground, kid’s highchairs in the restaurants (free), children's section at the Arcadia outdoor pools.

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: 2 outdoor pools (Chaika and Arcadia), sun beds and parasols by the pool (limited numbers), safe in the rooms, Wi-Fi - lobby and reception area.

Payable: currency exchange, rent a car, telephone calls, medical service. Lost bracelet/ key

Pets-Dogs up to 5 kg are allowed against extra charge on the reception (25 BGN/per day) and upon advanced request.

Parking: Paid with limited parking lots (20 BGN per day, per car).

Important: It is not allowed to use hotel towels outside the rooms. The hotel does not provide beach or pool towels. Towels placed in advance on sunbeds are considered forgotten and will be removed.

Outdoor playground for the hotel’s youngest guests, located next to the Irish bar.

Additional information:

· All guests on All- inclusive board must be identified by their plastic bracelets. Bracelets must not be removed until the end of the stay.

· Lost bracelet – fee of 30 BGN. Lost key – fee of 30 BGN.

· Alcoholic drinks are not allowed to persons under 18y.o.

· Taking food, drinks, and dishes from the restaurant into the rooms and common areas is prohibited.

The hotel reserves the rights to make changes, including changing the opening and closing time of services and facilities.
