Location

Kaliakria apart hotel is situated in one of the most picturesque spots of the Black Sea region, about 60km north of Varna and close to the town of Balchik. The distance to the beach is 2 km and shuttle is available.

Facilities

The resort was built in 2007, renovated in 2017 and disposes with 16 four-floored buildings. (Some of the buildings have lifts). Among the facilities are 24 hour reception with safety deposit boxes, free Wi-Fi in the common areas, open air pools with kids pool area, 4 restaurants, night bar in the restaurant, two conference halls with capacity up to 250 seats, fitness room, beauty & massage studio, grocery, kids area, rent-a-car services, entertainment hall, etc.

Studio – appr.40 sq.m.,(max 2 ad). Double bed or twin beds. Pool view.

1-bedroom apartment – appr.70 sq.m. (max2 +1). Double bed and the extra bed is extendable sofa. Pool view.

2-bedroom apartments - appr.100 sq.m. (max 4 +1). One double bed or twin beds. The extra bed is extendable sofa.

3-bedroom apartments - appr.200 sq.m. (max 6 +1). One bedroom with double bed, the other 2 bedrooms are with two separate beds. The extra bed is extendable sofa.

The apartments are furnished with kitchenette, microwave, utensils, kettle, toaster, electrical rings, oven, exhaust hood.

All units have large balconies, furnished with table and chairs, all have a view to the pools or the golf course and the see beyond, mini fridge, satellite TV, bathroom with shower cabin/ bathtub, hairdryer, towels.

There is 1 two-bedroom apartment suitable for disabled - after advanced notification.

Children:

Outdoor pools with children sections, outdoors kids club, baby cots, playground, high chairs in restaurant, children menu.

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor pools, sun beds and parasols at the “Kaliakria Hills” pool area, use of games in the apartments – chess, backgammon, playing cards, fitness room, table tennis

Payable: sunbeds and parasols at by the main Infinity Pool-bar and on the beach, massages, treatments, trips, bike rentals, sun beds and parasols at the beach.

Pets are accepted. Price 10 euro per night.

Parking is available and free of charge (secure).

I. All Inclusive restaurant and bar:

Our “All Inclusive” package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks and drinks.

Breakfast: from 08:00 to 10:00

Self-service breakfast accompanied with tea, coffee, mineral water, milk, yogurt and fruit juices are offered in Restaurant El Jardin.

Lunch: from 12:30 to 14:30

Buffet lunch including mineral water, soft drinks, wine, draft beer and Bulgarian alcoholic beverages are offered in Restaurant El Jardin. Light lunch will also be offered at the “Kaliakria Hills” pool-bar.

Mid-afternoon: from 15:30 to 17:30

Sandwiches & mini pizza; hot-dog, cakes, ice-cream, coffee, tea, mineral water & fruit juices, soft drinks, draft beer and Bulgarian alcoholic beverages are offered by the “Kaliakria Hills” pool-bar.

Dinner: from 18:30 to 21:00

Rich buffet dinner including mineral water, soft drinks, wine, draft beer and Bulgarian alcoholic beverages are offered in Restaurant El Jardin.

REMARKS:

*** MEALS - breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered in Restaurant El Jardin.

Mid-afternoon snacks and drinks can be enjoyed by the “Kaliakria Hills” pool-bar.

*** BEVERAGES - coffee, tea, mineral water & fruit juices, wine, draft beer and bulgarian alcoholic beverages are provided (rakiya, ouzo, vodka, mint liqueur, rum, whiskey) -

after 10:30 until 18:00 by the “Kaliakria Hills” pool-bar.

*** After dinner drinks:

from 20:00 to 23:00 - draft beer, wine, bulgarian alcoholic beverages and soft drinks will be offered at The Stable Bar close to Restaurant El Jardin.

Note: Kaliakria Resort is not entirely “all inclusive” resort. We have guest with different catering packages varying from only accommodation, accommodation with breakfast, half-board and all inclusive. In order to enjoy you pre-paid “All Inclusive” packages, guest need to wear the wrist bracelets provided.

The meals and drinks included in pre-paid “All Inclusive” are offered only in the places mentioned above. Guests are welcome to our A la carte restaurants and bars paying the consumption in cash or by credit card.

Restaurant „EL BALCON DEL MUNDO”

Considered by many as one of the best restaurants on the Black Sea coast, El Balcon del Mundo will greet you with the warm glow of its onyx bar and burning flames at night time. Inspired by the elements of nature, the Mediterranean atmosphere will satisfy all your senses. The menu is seasonal and presents a great selection of seafood and fine dishes from different parts of the world, along with the best examples of Bulgarian traditional specialties. The excellent prime quality beef is a must for the meat lovers.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks, cocktails and light snacks in the lounge area.

As the restaurant is considered by many to be the best on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, reservations during week-ends and high season are essential.

Bistro „TURQUOISE”

A child friendly restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, Bistro Turquoise serves contemporary and traditional Bulgarian cuisine along with international classics such as wwiener schnitzel, burgers, pasta, pizza and charcoal BBQ.

Also, bistro Turquoise is very suitable for organizing your own custom made team-building or other event and entertainment program.

INFINITY pool-bar & BBQ

Don’t want to leave the pool?

Situated by the central infinity swimming pool, the bar serves fresh drinks and cocktails throughout the day into the early evening.

Afternoon music events are organized during the high season featuring live music or DJ.

Opening hours: 09:30 – 18:30.

Light lunch with salads, seafood & charcoal grilled meats are served between 12:30 and 15:00.

III. Additional Information:

SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES

Guests can use safety deposit boxes at the reception desk for the amount of 20.00 Euro for a period of 7 days or 5.00 Euro per day.

SUN BEDS AND UMBRELLAS AT KALIAKRIA RESORT

Sun beds and umbrellas are provided for you free of charge at the “Kaliakria Hills” pool area.

Feel free to use sun beds and umbrellas by the main Infinity Pool-bar at the price of 15.00 Euro per day for 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella. The price for a Cabana is 25.00 Euro per day.

SUN BEDS AND UMBRELLAS AT KIBELA BEACH and HEROS BEACH.

Feel free to use sun beds and umbrellas at Kibela and Heros beaches at the price of 8,00 – 15,00 Euro per day for 2 sun-beds and 1 umbrella.

RENT A CAR

If you need to rent a car you can be assisted at the Reception Desk.

AFTER CHECK OUT ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE

The check out time is 12:00 o’clock. If you want to use our all inclusive services after you leave your luggage at Reception Desk, you must pay extra fee /for up to 5 hours/ – 7,00 Euro per adult and 3,50 Euro per child from 3 to 13.99 years old and you will be provided with a new bracelet.
