Since winter season 2019-2020 Main building and annex building of the hotel will be offered separately as different products.

Location: Vihren Palace - annex building aparthotel has an excellent location - only about 80m from the bottom station of the gondola lift, and about 10-12 minutes from the centre of Bansko.

Accommodation: Built in 2008, last renovated in 2018, 2 buildings - two absolutely different products - Vihren Palace and Vihren Residence., 4 floors, 4 lifts, total rooms 120 studios and apartments in total.

Vihren Residence (the annex building) is on ROOM ONLY. Cooking is allowed in all rooms, with the necessary cooking utensils provided. Guests accommodated in Vihren Residence may use the spa center, breakfast and dinner only for an extra charge at the reception desk, for which they will receive a meal voucher and / or an access chip in the spa. There is be no interconnection between main and annex buildings in order to restrict guest access to pass from one to the other building.

After check in at the reception in Vihren Palace (main building) the guests of Vihren Resisdence (annex building) are directed the central entrance of Vihren Residence.

Studios (2 regular + 1 extra bed; max. 2ad+1ch+1inf.), approx. size 35 sq.m. – one room with twin beds (or 1 double bed) and the extra bed is extendible sofa.

1-bedroom apartments / maisonettes (2 regular + 2 extra beds; max. 3ad+1inf.), approx. size 55 sq.m. - a bedroom with twin beds or a double bed and a living room with extendible sofa.

2-bedroom apartments / maisonettes (4 regular + 1 extra bed; max. 4ad+1inf.), approx. size 62 sq.m. - two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with twin beds) and a living room with extendible sofa.

All studios and apartments are elegantly furnished and have balcony, individual heating, satellite TV, telephone, mini bar (extra charge) or mini fridge, Wi-Fi (free of charge), safety deposit boxes, carpeted/laminate floor, bathroom with shower cabin or bath, hairdryer. Food preparing is allowed in all room types.

Board: Room only.

Facilities: Guests of Vihren Residence (annex building) do not have access to the common areas and facilities of main building. They can have meals in the restaurant or access to the SPA of Vihren Palace (main building) only against charge paid on spot.

Children: Baby cots (on request, payable).

Pets: Not allowed.

Parking: Underground Garage (limited parking space) – payable, city zone parking area in front of the hotel – payable.
