Hotel was renovated for Winter season 20-21. New wallpaper in the room, black-out curtain. New lobby bar and reception area. SPA centre - new saunas.

Location: Riverside hotel is located at about 800m from the bottom station of the gondola lift and only about 300m from the old centre of Bansko.

Accommodation: Built in 2004, last renovated in 2021, 1 building, 4 floors, 1 lift, 75 units in total.

Silver, Gold and Platinum rooms offer the similar interior and comfort. Main difference is the room size and the maximum capacity.

33 Silver Double Room (2+0) – 1 double bed, bathroom with shower or bathtub, towels, bathrobe, wardrobe. Upon request - 1 child (0-5.99 y.o.) can be accommodated with 2 adults in DBL Silver room.

9 Gold Double Room – 1 large double bed + possibility for 1 extra bed (rollaway bed), bathroom with shower or bathtub, towels, bathrobe, wardrobe. Minimum occupancy: 2 adults. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child until 11.99 y.o.

4 Gold Room Twin – 2 regular beds, bathroom with shower or bathtub, towels, bathrobe, wardrobe. Maximum occupancy: 3 pax (2 adults & 1 child until 11.99 y. o.).

7 Gold Triple Room - 3 regular beds (1 large double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom with shower or bathtub, towels, bathrobe, wardrobe. Maximum occupancy: 3 pax (2 adults & 1 child until 11,.99 y.o. or 3 adults).
