The hotel Three Corners Sunny Beach is located approx. 50 m from the hotel´s own sandy/shingle beach. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge. The tourist centre is about 12 km away. The town Cairo is around 500 km away (El Gouna around 8 km, Safaga around 60 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 15 km from the hotel. It is 10 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 10 km away. The airport (HRG) is approx. 15 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee). Another airport (RMF) is located approx. 230 km away.

Recently renovated in 2020, the 3-storey resort consists of a main building and 8 adjoining buildings, and has 523 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a safe (where applicable, for a fee), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility.
